Was listening to a discussion on a "Christian" station. It took me a few hours to realize what was so grotesque about the "Christian" support of parents' decisions to
"cut off" their gay children. It seemed to be the ultimate case of late term
abortion. I suspect that those parents' vision might have been impaired
by the beam(s) they neglected to cast out of their own eyes (Matt 7:5).
Moreover their judgment stands to scoff at the endless mercies that
have been afforded them through the shedding of the blood of Jesus
Christ. Your lights cannot shine through the pungent odor of your haughtiness.
Your dignified self-righteousness repels instead of attracts souls.
